首先建立数据采集规则库，定时对前端传感器采集的充电桩、电表、储能及逆变器数据与规则库进行对比，剔除不符合采集规则的数据，对过滤后的数据按照季节、温度、时间区间等进行分类存储，并形成对应统计子表，对各子表统计数据依据发电量和使用量及当时电价计算得到整体花销和收益统计报表。各子表和总表共同形成天津高速公路沿线附属设施能源管理与优化数据集。

First, establish a data collection rule base. Regularly compare the data of charging piles, electric meters, energy storage systems and inverters collected by front-end sensors with the rule base, and filter out data that does not comply with the collection rules. Store the filtered data in categorized manners according to dimensions such as seasons, temperatures and time intervals, and generate corresponding statistical sub-tables. For the statistical data in each sub-table, calculate the overall expenditure and revenue statistical reports based on the power generation amount, power consumption and the prevailing local electricity price at that time. All the sub-tables and the master table jointly form the Energy Management and Optimization Dataset for Ancillary Facilities Along Tianjin Expressways.
