BrightEyes-MCS test files for HDF5 schema version 0.0.6 — Convallaria

Experimental image of a Convallaria majalis rhizome stained with acridine orange and excited at λ = 488 nm. For the reference measurement required for calibration, a FLIMLabs calibration slide with a fluorescence lifetime of 2.5 ns was used. Note: These files are provided for software testing purposes only. They are intended to validate compatibility with the BrightEyes-MCS HDF5 schema version 0.0.6 and to support automated tests, examples, and regression checks. The microscope configuration, acquisition settings, biological sample, and calibration slide measurements were not selected or optimized to demonstrate the imaging performance of APR, S2-ISM, or any specific microscopy modality, nor do they reflect the quality or performance of the calibration slides. Therefore, these files should not be used as reference data for evaluating image quality, resolution enhancement, signal-to-noise ratio, calibration slide quality, or overall microscope performance.
