High throughput drug screens with post-perturbation RNASeq (generated by PLATESeq platform) were performed in two GIST cell lines (GIST430 and GIST-T1). A signature of differential protein activity was computed for each drug using VIPER, i.e., de novo mechanism of action assessment.
