Chromosomal Drive Haplotype Genotype-By-Sequencing Data

Genotype-by-sequencing (GBS) data is a reduced representation low coverage data type traditionally used to identify single-nucleotide-polymorphisms (SNPs). Here we provide GBS data for Chromosomal Drive Haplotypes (CDH) found in maize. CDHs are large chromosome scale selfish genetic elements that experience preferential transmission. Examples are abnormal chromosome 10 (Ab10), K10L2, and B Chromosomes.
