Establish optimization models linking products and process parameters by collecting statistics on yield and scrap length, combined with parameters such as machine speed, glue application speed and lamp energy, to realize lean manufacturing; 2. Trace relevant raw material batches, mold numbers or glue consumption when abnormalities occur (such as low yield or unexpected shutdown events), to support root cause identification of quality issues; 3. Calculate resource conversion efficiency based on raw material usage length and finished product area data, for evaluating raw material utilization rate and conducting cost accounting; 4. Analyze equipment operating hours and shutdown records to extract key factors affecting equipment efficiency, and formulate targeted maintenance plans; 5. Accumulate multi-batch production data to develop standard process reference values and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting new employee training and process standardization.
