Single cell transcriptome analysis of primary ANKL cells derived from ANKL-PDX treated with PPMX-T003

PPMX-T003, an humanized anti-transferrin receptor 1 inhibitory antibody, has anti-neoplastic potential against ANKL. However, phenotype of refractory subclone of ANKL against PPMX-T003 remains unclear. To investigate, we performed single cell transcriptome analysis of ANKL1, a primary ANKL cells derived from ANKL-patient-derived xenograft mouse model (ANKL-PDX) with/without treatment of PPMX-T003 injection. Total of six ANKL1-PDX were established. Three mices were sacrificed and ANKL cells were harvested from liver and spleen 14 days after establishment, and others were treated with intravenously inoculation of 10 mg/kg PPMX-T003 on 5, 8, 12, 15 days after establishment, and sacrificed 3 days after last treatment, followed by collection of ANKL cells from spleen.
