We sequenced the NA12878 human cell line using the short-read sequencers NovaSeq-6000 and MGIseq-2000 as well as the long-read sequencer ONT PromethION.We generated a total of 548 million pair-end reads (2x151bp) of sequence (~50X) using the Illumina NovaSeq-6000, and 376 million pair-end reads (2x150bp) of sequence (36X) using the MGIseq-2000 machine. Additionally, three flow-cells of PromethION produced a total of 10 million reads (40X) with an N50 of 17kb. The Nanopore reads were base-called using GUPPY (v3.0.3) with the high accuracy FLIP-FLOP model.
