养殖场产蛋情况监测分析数据

对鸡蛋质量情况进行统计并做可视化分析，判断其品质，按每日、每月、每年分析各养殖场鸡蛋的质量变化曲线，可结合养殖环境及饲喂情况，把握产蛋不合格的原因，各养殖场的产量情况，帮助养殖场提高养殖水平，针对产蛋质量问题变化异常的养殖户及时提供技术支持，确保鸡蛋的质量和产量。1、数据收集：采集各个养殖户的产蛋日报，内容包括：日期，鸡舍，批次编码，周龄，品种，日龄，存栏数，产蛋率，合格蛋率，产蛋量，合格蛋量；
2.分析各品种鸡在不同日龄，周龄条件下的合格蛋及裂蛋、脏蛋、软壳、流清的占比，合格蛋率＝合格蛋数/产蛋数，同理可得裂蛋率、脏蛋率、软壳蛋率、流清率，产蛋重量*1000/产蛋数=平均蛋重，并对计算结果做可视化分析，按每日、每月、每年分析合格蛋率变化曲线，把握产蛋不合格的原因。

This dataset is used for statistical and visual analysis of egg quality to evaluate egg quality. It analyzes the quality change curves of eggs from each farm on a daily, monthly and annual basis, combined with breeding environment and feeding conditions, to identify the causes of unqualified egg production and track the output status of each farm. This work aims to help farms improve their breeding level, provide timely technical support for farmers with abnormal changes in egg production quality, and ensure the quality and yield of eggs.

1. Data Collection: Collect daily egg production reports from each farmer, which include: date, chicken coop, batch code, week age, breed, day age, number of laying hens in stock, egg production rate, qualified egg rate, total egg production, and qualified egg production.

2. Analysis: Calculate the proportions of qualified eggs, cracked eggs, dirty eggs, soft-shelled eggs and eggs with leaked contents for chickens of different breeds under different day ages and week ages. The qualified egg rate is calculated as (number of qualified eggs / total egg production) * 100%; similarly, the cracked egg rate, dirty egg rate, soft-shelled egg rate and rate of eggs with leaked contents can be derived in the same way. The average egg weight is calculated as (total egg weight * 1000 / total egg production). Visual analysis will be conducted on the calculation results, including the change curves of qualified egg rate on daily, monthly and annual basis, to identify the causes of unqualified egg production.
