Blastocyst transfer potential predicted by euploidy inner cell mass from repeat trophectoderm biopsy indicating euploidy concordance or segmental aneuploidy measured using next-generation sequencing

The ICM and TE biopsied in PGT-A resulted from euploidy or whole chromosome aneuploidy showed high concordance rate. Segmental aneuploidy and segmental-chromosome mosaic embryos still have the potential for embryo transfer.When no euploidy embryos are available for transfer and both the clinician andpatients are comfortable with transfer of a mosaic embryo, guidance exists regarding the prioritization of embryos.
