Deep Brain Stimulation in the Morris Water Maze

The following contains behavioural data from a study, in which rats underwent theta-burst deep-brain stimulation, inside a Morris Water Maze. Matlab is required for accessing and displaying this data. The following files are included: README.txt Instructions of use MWMperf.matAll of the rat performance data, as extracted from the video-tracking software "Smart" by Panlab. The data is stored inside a structure, which can be accessed manually in Matlab. MWM_proc_data.mRun this program in Matlab, for displaying the data and performing statistics. For instructions of use, type the following into the Matlab command window. help MWM_proc_data When displaying the data in Matlab, the following labels are used to refer to the rat groups: SHAMSham group (n=21). BEFRats stimulated for 30-minutes before an acquisition session (n=11). DURRats stimulated during an acquisition session (n=12).
