Single-Cell Analysis of Sensory Experience Regulated Gene Expression in Mouse Visual Cortex

Single-cell (inDrops) analysis of primary visual cortex in visually stimulated mice 6-8 week old C57BL6/J mice were dark-reared for 7 days and exposed to light for 1h or 4h. Control mice were kept in the dark. V1 was dissected and single cell RNASeq performed.视觉刺激小鼠初级视觉皮层的单细胞（inDrops）分析：实验所用小鼠为6-8周龄的C57BL/6J品系小鼠，实验组小鼠经7天暗饲养后分别接受1小时或4小时的光照刺激，对照组小鼠全程保持黑暗饲养环境。随后解剖取材小鼠初级视觉皮层（V1），并完成单细胞RNA测序。
