资源简介:
History:
The instruction of 3 June 2015 from the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy aims to draw up a watercourse mapping that covers at least two thirds of the metropolitan territory before the end of 2015. It also provides for the development of a watercourse identification method and the development of river maintenance guides.
Since the Biodiversity Act of 2016, the main criteria defining a watercourse have been codified in L.215-7-1 of the Environmental Code. The following three criteria must be cumulative in order for the flow to be considered a stream: feed from a source, flow sufficient for most of the year, natural bed originally; all depends on local geo-climatic conditions.
Scope:
The purpose of watercourse mapping Water Police is to raise awareness of the parts of the water system that are to be considered as watercourses under the water policy, that is to say, the streams to which the regulations resulting from Articles L.214-1 to L.214-11 of the Environmental Code apply. It is evolutionary, depending on the knowledge and evolution of geo-climatic conditions, and not exhaustive, seeking to be more and more so.
Finally, it has no direct link with other regulations using the term “watercourse”.
