Genome sequence of Madurella pseudomycetomatis IFM 46460

Madurella mycetomatis is a major causative agent of eumycetoma. Madurella pseudomycetomatis, related species of M. mycetomatis, is also known to cause eumycetoma. The comparative genome sequence of M. mycetomatis and M. pseudomycetomatis will contribute to understanding of pathogenicity of Madurella species and to the development of diagnosis for eumycetoma. Taken together, this study aims to provide the genomic sequence of M. pseudomycetomatis IFM 46460.
