CCPC - Cuyahoga County Level of Traffic Stress (LTS)

This layer represents the Cuyahoga County Level of Traffic Stress analysis, associated with the Cuyahoga County Bike Network. The layer evaluates roadway segments based on how comfortable or stressful they are for bicycling, helping identify low-stress connections, higher-stress gaps, and opportunities for future improvements within the countywide bike network. Please note: Level of Traffic Stress results are derived from multiple source datasets and should not be considered an official traffic count or engineering determination. AADT inputs were compiled from available sources, including ODOT, Esri, the City of Cleveland, and StreetLight, to support countywide bike network planning and analysis. This layer serves as a planning tool to support trail development, network connectivity analysis, and regional coordination across Cuyahoga County.
