RNA sequencing of Tregs from skin of neonatal mice colonized with Staphlyococcus epidermidis versus Staphylococcus aureus Mice were colonized every other day from birth with either S. epi or S. aureus. Mice were sacrificed on day 21 of life and Tregs isolated from skin by FACS prior to bulk RNA sequencing.
