Escherichia coli Genome sequencing and assembly

Dataset contains six E. coli O157:H7 genome assemblies. These were originally 2 strains that were subjected to 2 different growth conditions (Nalidixic acid and wildtype). The dataset also includes the same two wildtype strains that infected a subject, were subjected to antibiotics, and were then extracted post-infection (one from feces and the other from blood).
