ALLMB database files

This data set contains the Newick tree ALLMB.tre v1.0 inferred by Smith & Brown (2018). Additionally provided are a tabular representation of the tree topology in CSV format, and an indexed SQLite database file.本数据集包含由Smith & Brown（2018）推断得到的Newick树（Newick tree）ALLMB.tre v1.0。此外，本数据集还提供了该树拓扑结构的逗号分隔值（CSV）格式表格表示文件，以及一个带索引的SQLite数据库文件。
