资源简介:
Data Share Description This dataset supports the study Spatial Heterogeneity in Household Wealth: A Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression Analysis of Locational Suitability in Bernalillo County. It contains spatially referenced socioeconomic, environmental, and infrastructural indicators compiled at sub-county geographic units within Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The data were used to model spatial variations in household wealth and to examine how locational suitability factors influence wealth outcomes using Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR). Variables include measures of household income, housing characteristics, accessibility indicators, environmental quality metrics, and neighborhood-level demographic attributes derived from publicly available sources and GIS-based processing. All datasets are provided in analysis-ready formats suitable for spatial regression, reproducibility, and secondary analysis. Attribute names are standardized, and coordinate reference systems are clearly defined. The data can be used to replicate the results presented in the study or to support further research on spatial inequality, neighborhood effects, and place-based socioeconomic analysis.
