Replication Data for Spatial Heterogeneity in Household Wealth: A Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression Analysis of Locational Suitability in Bernalillo County

Data Share Description This dataset supports the study Spatial Heterogeneity in Household Wealth: A Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression Analysis of Locational Suitability in Bernalillo County. It contains spatially referenced socioeconomic, environmental, and infrastructural indicators compiled at sub-county geographic units within Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The data were used to model spatial variations in household wealth and to examine how locational suitability factors influence wealth outcomes using Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR). Variables include measures of household income, housing characteristics, accessibility indicators, environmental quality metrics, and neighborhood-level demographic attributes derived from publicly available sources and GIS-based processing. All datasets are provided in analysis-ready formats suitable for spatial regression, reproducibility, and secondary analysis.
