A Multifunctional Genomic Scoring Framework Reveals Genome Size as the Determinant of Regenerative Potential in Human Gut Bacteria

Analysis scripts, processed data, ImmeDB annotations, and output results for a study of functional regenerative capacity (FRC) across 4,744 gut metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from the GutMetaNet collection. Includes KO presence/absence matrices, MGE annotations from ImmeDB, genome metadata with FRC scores, UMAP coordinates, k-means cluster assignments, PCA results, co-occurrence network data, and all analysis scripts (Python and R).
