Dataset of the interviews with Mongolian qualified and trainee teachers of Mandarin Chinese

This dataset is the recordings of the interviews with Mongolian qualified and trainee teachers of Mandarin Chinese, collected between May and July in Hohhot 2018, as part of a research project to investigate the history of teaching Mandarin to Mongolians as a second language and its implications to the present day. <br> To ensure no harm, the research project was rigorously reviewed through the University of Nottingham Faculty of Arts ethical approval process prior to undertaking fieldwork.
