Magnetic properties of oxides and silicon single crystals
收藏资源简介:
The data related to the article “Magnetic properties of oxides and silicon single crystals” published in the journal Chinese Physics B. The magnetic properties of single crystals Si, SrTiO3, LaAlO3, MgO, and (La,Sr)(Al,Ta)O3 were investigated systematically. These crystals were also often used as substrates for the growth of thin film materials, including magnetic thin film materials. Three origins of the magnetizations of these crystals, namely, an intrinsic diamagnetic, a paramagnetic, and a ferromagnetic contribution, have been observed. The experimental results were quantitatively analyzed and the corresponding theoretical analysis methods were developed, which led to a number of parameters of the intrinsic physical properties of these crystalline materials. In particular, the experimental parameters of variation of diamagnetic susceptibility with temperature of several oxides SrTiO3, LaAlO3, MgO, and (La,Sr)(Al,Ta)O3 single crystals were obtained for the first time. The data contain an Excel file, which gives diamagnetic susceptibility at room temperature (χdia), variation of diamagnetic susceptibility with temperature (dχdia/dT), saturation magnetization at room temperature (MS,ferro), paramagnetic magnetization at temperature 2 K and field 4.85 T (Mpara (4.85 T, 2 K)) and impurity concentration (Imp. Con.) of the single crystals.
