Rna-seq transcriptome data for 12 week pancreatic islets from Neurod1 beta cell specific (Neurod1Floxed/Floxed; RipCre+) and control (Neurod1Floxed/Floxed) mice.

The purpose of this study was to identify genes regulated by Neurod1 in murine adult pancreatic islet beta cells. Pancreatic islets were isolated from 12 week Neurod1Floxed/Floxed; RipCre+ and Neurod1Floxed/Floxed mice. Total Rna was extracted. Libraries of cDNA were sequenced and analyzed for RNA expression.本研究旨在鉴定小鼠成年胰腺胰岛β细胞中受神经源性分化因子1（Neurod1）调控的基因。实验从12周龄的Neurod1Floxed/Floxed; RipCre+小鼠与Neurod1Floxed/Floxed小鼠体内分离胰腺胰岛，随后提取总RNA（Total RNA）。构建互补DNA（cDNA）文库并进行测序，进而分析其RNA表达水平。
