The physical origin of the radio emission of radio quiet AGN remains broadlyunclear. Observation of flat/inverted radio spectra at GHz frequencies supporthowever the presence of an unresolved region in the close environment of thesupermassive black hole. If true its size should be of the order of the X-raycorona size when observed in the millimetric. Simultaneous fast (hour timescale) X-ray and mm variabilities are then expected. We thus initiated achallenging project to catch such fast variabilities in RQ AGN. It has beenapplied with success to MCG+08-11-11. The present XMM proposal is a step forwardto this project with the XMM/NOEMA observation of a sample of RQ AGN. The XMMand NOEMA call being not phased this XMM proposal will be followed by a NOEMA proposal in Sept. 2024. [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
