TIF (Tax Increment Financing) Districts

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) is a financing and development tool that encourages the development of blighted, substandard and economically underutilized areas that would not be developed without public investment. This layer is a clone of an official GIS layer and may not always be up to date with the latest TIF projects approved by EDDC and the City Council.
