The data set consists of bibliographic data for the Literature review of AI in Higher Education with focus on social sciences, which is exported from Zotero. As of July of 2025 the dataset comprises 90 unique academic articles focusing on the application and impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI)—particularly Large Language Models (LLMs)—in higher education contexts. The articles span a variety of disciplines, with strong representation from education, journalism, media studies, and computer science.
