Dataset_SVE.dta

The dataset includes anonymized responses from healthcare workers and clinical trainees at AIC Kijabe Hospital who completed a cross-sectional online survey on Second Victim Experience (SVE) within 12 months of the study period. The data capture participant demographics, roles, years of experience, nature of patient care involvement, prevalence and timing of SVE, reported psychosocial and physical symptoms, support mechanisms utilized, and preferred institutional support strategies. No personally identifiable information was collected, and all responses were recorded through an encrypted REDCap platform to ensure confidentiality.
