small RNA transcriptome analysis of direct reprogramming of mouse fibroblast towards hepatocyte-like cells

Direct reprogramming is a promising approach of cell source for cell therapy, drug discovery, disease modeling, basic research and so on. Gene regulatory network is believed to be involved in the direct reprogramming process which remains unclear. Here we profiled small RNA transcriptomes at different time points during the direct reprogramming of mouse fibroblast to induced hepatocyte-like cells. People could compare them to find the small RNAs and pathways likely to play roles in cell direct reprogramming.
