Understanding the molecular mechanisms as well as specific interactions with the root-associated microbiome is essential for monitoring high-yielding plants during mineland rehabilitation. The objective of this study is analyze the plant root proteomes of Dioclea apurensis Kunth in order to identify molecular mechanisms involved in the adaptation of this specie to a degraded mineland in the eastern Amazon and to know the fungal and bacterial microbiome associated to the rhizosphere of D. apurensis established in sites under rehabilitation.
