H3K27 methylation is widely distributed in human genome, the function of H3K27 methylation in DNA repair is not well understand.The goals of this project are to study the effect of H3K27 methylation of human foreskin fibroblast cells by histone mutants incorporation (H3.1K27M vs H3.1wt) and also with other treat like shRNA-mediated knockdown of FANCD2.
