The organophosphate pesticide methamidophos opens the blood-testis barrier and covalently binds to ZO-2 in mice

We studied biological effects and post-translational modifications of proteins after treating mice with the pesticide methamidophos. This data set provides evidence for the modification of ZO-2, indicating that the blood-testis barrier in mouse was crossed.
