In light of the curriculum assessment conducted earlier on this workshop, how prepared are we to deliver the DLI curriculum? What is the inventory of skills among our trainers? What type of training do our trainers require before they are comfortable in teaching other DLI Contacts? This session will involve an inventory of individual skills and look at strategies to strengthen the pool of instructors.
