Replication Data for: NGOs Invite Attention: From the UN Commission on Human Rights to the UN Human Rights Council

An original dataset of NGO statements made between 1995 and 2013: the dataset records the number of statements by domestic, regional, international and Southern NGOs for a country in a given year. Domestic, regional and international are mutually exclusive identifiers, while Southern is not.
