We analyzed the micro-RNA of queen larvae and worker larvae in Apis mellifera . We obtained about 62 and 61 known miRNAs from QL and WL, respectively. And detected gene expression levels in QL and WL, with 20 down-regulated and 17 up-regulated miRNAs in QL.
