Transcriptomics of Amphiprion percula juveniles from Kimbe Island

Amphiprion percula juveniles have a different rate of white bar formation depending on the sea anemone species in which they are recruited: white bars develop more rapidly when the fishes are recruited in Stichodactyla gigantea than in Heteractis magnifica. Transcriptomics analyses of A. percula new recruits (whole individual) in either S. gigantea and H. magnifica were performed to identify genes differentially expressed and potentially involved in the white bar formation.
