Select uORF-connected transcripts with an equal or similar average pLDDT score compared to their GENCODE references.

This table presents a subset of uORF-connected transcripts that achieved approximately the same (-1 δ δ > 1) average pLDDT scores compared to their references. For those with a higher average pLDDT, we visualized them and assigned each instance to category(s). Category 0 indicates undefined (i.e., can’t be determined), and categories 1 ~ 6 represent N-terminus end truncation, alpha helix deletion/truncation, alpha helix elongation, straightening, tightening, and structural addition in that order. A construct can be tagged with more than 1 category. (XLSX)
