This is part of the supplementary materials of a study evaluating the current system of Brazilian strict protected areas using true owls (Strigidae) as indicator group. It includes three appendixes containing: (1) graphics related to PCAs, entrograms, species binary maps, niche and background equivalency tests; (2) citations; and (3) tables with the metrics of the models.
