A total of 207 and 204 putative chemosensory genes were identified in A. pernyi and A. yamamai.OBPs, ORs and GRs were significantly expanded and contracted in A. pernyi and A. yamamai when compared with B. mori.Most OBPs, CSPs, SNMPs, IRs and ORs had the expression in the antenna while all CSPs were male-biased expression.
