The project aims at describing the transcriptome composition and differential expression of genes in response to different stressors (elevated temperature, heavy metals (cadmium) and organic pollutants (phenanthrene)). Individuals of three amphipod species were subjected to temperature or chemical stresses. Mixed samples from different conditions were used to create de novo transcriptome assemblies with Trinity, redundant transcripts were removed with the evidentailgene pipeline, and only transcripts with matches to metazoan sequences were retained. These assemblies were also submitted to TSA. After that, transcript quantiifcation was performed with salmon and further processed with the DESeq2 package for R. BioProject: PRJNA505233. SRA study: SRP169548. The samples in this series have identical raw data with the samples in GSE122811 but the processed data and FASTA files are different.
