Clinical utility of target amplicon sequencing test for rapid diagnosis of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis from respiratory specimens

This is the sequencing database for the project "Clinical utility of target amplicon sequencing test for rapid diagnosis of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis from respiratory specimens". A total of 25 resistant TB specimens alongside with alongside 67 pan-susceptible specimens were subjected to an inhouse developed target amplicon deep sequencing protocol, and the resultant genotypic resistance profile was compared with reference to phenotypic drug susceptibility test.
