The Fortran code and description of input data needed for running the code is provided for the individual-based model described in Brenden, T.O., L.N. Ivan, and T.P. Loch. In press. Reducing <em>Flavobacterium psychrophilum</em> transmission risk in raceways via hatchery-rearing practices: an individual-based modeling evaluation. Aquaculture<br> The model is designed to evaluate how rearing practices could limit <em>F. psychrophilum</em>-induced losses of <em>Oncorhynchus mykiss</em> in flow-through, partial-reuse raceway systems. However, the code could be extended for other purspose, such as how immunization procedure might limit disease outbreak. <br> How to Use Hatchery IBM.doc - Description of the IBM, steps for running, and description of the input files the IBM is expecting.<br> Input_CSV_files.zip - .zip file containing all the input files needed for running the IBM<br> HatcheryVaccination_pub.f95 - IBM model programmed in Fortran (expects a gfortran compiler)<br>
