Impact of debt issuance news on the share price of Russian companies given the personal characteristics of their management

This dataset was created to conduct event study proving that debt issuence makes impact on share price of Russian listed companies. The dataset provides data with respect to companies included in blue chips index of Moscow Exchange for the period of 2010-2019. This dataset also provides information about CEOs of these companies for respective periods.本数据集旨在开展事件研究（event study），以验证债务发行对俄罗斯上市公司股价的影响。本数据集涵盖2010年至2019年间纳入莫斯科交易所（Moscow Exchange）蓝筹股指数的上市公司相关数据。此外，本数据集还提供了上述样本公司在对应时期的首席执行官（CEO）相关信息。
