To analyze effects of IL-1b on TN cells, RNA-seq analysis was performed on freshly prepared TN cells (0 h) and TN cells cultured with or without recombinamt IL-1b. Overall design: Comparative gene exprssion profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for freshly isolated TN cells and TN cells cultured in the presence or absence of recombinant IL-1b (10 ng/mL) in vitro for 20 h.
