The objective of the study was evaluated the effect of natural competing microorganisms (NCM ) on multiresistant Salmonella Infantis (S.I) in new litter during the broiler production using diets with and without AGP. The aim of sequencing the complete genome of Salmonella Infantis was to show which genes contribute to the persistence of Salmonella Infantis in the poultry litter, including genes for antibiotic resistance, virulence and pathogenicity.
