Using two FASTA files as reference genomes, we conducted separate meta-RNA-Seq quantifications. One utilized GM03PP as the reference genome, with a corresponding experimental design, and the other employed I. sakaiensis as the reference with its respective experimental design. The source BioProjects for the input FASTQ files were PRJNA759905, PRJNA699031, and PRJNA687344 which were obtained through NCBI.
