We present the set of gene expression in in H2122 cells with transfection of control shRNA vs H2122 cells with transfection of LYCAT shRNA. Methods: Cell mRNA profiles of H2122 control cells and H2122 LYCAT KO cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina GAIIx. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed at the transcript isoform level with two way ANOVA (ANOVA). Overall design: H2122 with transfection of control shRN or LYCAT shRNA for 48 hours, the total cell mRNA from these cells were isolated and applied to array.
