Columns:
"FeatureID" = Unique designation for each feature. Format is "Feature type"::"chromosome":"start pos"-"end pos"
"MFE_Region_Length" = Length of region < -40 kcal/mol in feature
"nonMFE_Region_Length" = Length of region > -40 kcal/mol in feature
"element" = Feature type
"family" = superfamily or lower designation
"siRNA_length" = 21, 22, or 24-nt siRNA
"measure" = Counts per nucleotide
"MFE" = siRNA counts per nucleotide in low MFE regions
"nonMFE" = siRNA counts per nucleotide in high MFE regions
"CountsPerNT" = overall counts per nucleotide across feature
"minMFE" = minimum MFE
"meanMFE" = mean (average) MFE
"MFEvariance" = variance across windows
"PctMFEltthresh" = proportion of windows below -40 kcal/mol
