Urinary Microbiome of Urothelial Carcinoma

This study aimed to investigate the microbiota of urothelial carcinoma, and identify novel microbial biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis. A total of 15 subjects were enrolled for 16S rDNA sequencing of clean-catch midstream urine samples, including 9 patients with bladder cancer (BCA), 6 with ureteral cancer (UTUC).
