PTR-ToF-MS data from cooking experiments in Healthy Energy-efficient Urban Home Ventilation

The dataset contains high-resolution PTR-Tof MS data from preparing meals consisting of fried salmon and vegetables in SINTEFs ventilation laboratory. The data are organized in csv files containing concatenated results of ppb-values. PTR-ToF-MS grouped by month, m/z-valuens in column names. Relatable to the list of experiments.
