Small Scale Mining Streams
收藏资源简介:
This layer shows whether and when streams in Idaho are open for recreational dredging. This typically involves the uses of suction dredges with nozzle diameter of five (5) inches or less and rated at fifteen (15) horse power or less and non-powered sluice equipment moving more than one quarter (1/4) cubic yard per hour. The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR), Recreational Dredging Permit Application, Form 3804-A, must be obtained prior to dredging in Idaho waters. The stream reaches where recreational dredging is allowed under this permit and when these areas are open may have changed from prior years as a result of recommendations from state and federal fisheries agencies to better ensure the protection of threatened and endangered species and their habitat. Applicant is responsible for knowing and complying with current requirements
