Gene expression response of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to tobramycin treatment

This study aimed to investigate how genetic variants within the non-coding regions of genes associated with tobramycin resistance influence gene expression profiles in response to tobramycin exposure. Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were treated with half the minimum inhibitory concentration of tobramycin for one hour. All experiments were performed in duplicate to ensure reproducibility.
